NeuroDiary Kids is a mobile and web app that helps parents track a child's development: sleep, nutrition, mood, speech, behavior and key milestones. The data operator is the NeuroDiary Kids team.
• Account data: email, name, interface language. • Child profile: name, date of birth, gender, diagnoses, specialists, photo. • Diary entries: sleep, nutrition, mood, words, behavior, milestones. • Reminders and notification settings. • Technical information: device type, language, technical logs.
• To run the app and sync across devices. • To generate PDF reports for your doctor. • To provide personal AI recommendations (without sharing personal identifiers). • To send push and local reminders. • Premium subscription billing.
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Only the account owner and invited specialists can access a child's records. We use Row-Level Security and the principle of least privilege.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors required to run the service: the cloud provider (storage and authentication), the AI provider (for recommendations, in anonymized form), and the payment provider (for subscriptions).
The app is operated by a parent or legal guardian. A child does not create an account on their own. All records about a child belong to the parent and can be deleted at any time.
You can request export, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and delete your account. Email us at [email protected].
